Purple Bike program recognized as finalist for environmental award

TCU’s purple bike program has been recognized as a finalist for the Texas Environmental Excellence Awards, which recognizes innovative efforts to take care of the Texas environment.
 
Representatives of the program will accept a certificate from Governor Rick Perry and the Commissioners of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on May 13, 2009 in Austin.
